椰浆饭

五月的天空很热闹, 先有让人放轻松的501劳动节, 也有让人感受爱的508母亲节,再有让人尊重神的517卫塞节,还有让我偷得一日闲的519...最后就有让人期待的528年终假期.

要装进五月天空里的还有501巴厘岛的天空;是我这一生中最好, 最久, 最知心, 最真心, 也最远,最贵(搭飞机才能见面),及现在最幸福, 最美丽新娘子的婚礼. 今天,除了接听她年年不断的生日电话外, 还意外的在信箱里接收她连连不断的贴心thank you卡. 很感动, 也很开心.



这是煮了三天及通通都装进肚子里, 却还没贴上网的椰浆饭. 用了Nasi Lemak Lover的食谱,想说: sonia, 你何止是nasi lemak lover,更是椰浆饭的expert.





椰浆饭材料:(稍微更改)
300g 白米
100g 椰浆
400g 清水
4片 pandan叶(打结)
3/4 tsp 盐
数片 姜(切片)

做法:
1) 把白米洗净, 将盐, pandan叶及姜片放入电饭锅里.
2) 再把椰浆及清水倒入, 静置30分钟.
3) 用叉子稍微搅拌, 按下电饭锅的煮键.
4) 米饭煮熟后, 用叉子轻轻搅拌即可.

其他配料:
烘香江鱼仔, 烘香花生, 黄瓜, 辣椒虾之类.

小小记忆:
白米及水(包括椰浆)的比例就如煮白饭一样. 我用三杯白米, 水份就是锅里的第三条线.

  3. looks great! Ya, Sonia is very cook in cooking. You should try her fried chicken. I am so blessed to taste it on my last trip in Jan. Really yummy!

  4. Ya, I do agreed, Sonia really a great cook, I'm eager to learn lots of fantastic recipes fr her, well, will try the fried chicken one day.
