小拇指说好-南瓜蜜月(4):南瓜花生圆



我像在跨越恒星一样,一步步的朝向最亮眼的星辰迈进。

人生嘛!因梦想而有期待;
锁定了目标,这‘蜜月’旅程变得有冲劲。

承诺了与小拇指说好,就打心底的从心出发;
这心态呀!还真的让人有恋爱感觉。

爱情嘛!向来都是‘一见不钟情’;
选来了南瓜,也一样非我家菜。

但就是着迷它的多变化,迷恋它的娇气美;
渐渐学会了接受,认同与关爱。

小拇指活动让世界都连接了,让好食谱‘大放异彩’;

这‘南瓜蜜月’,带来幸福与甜蜜。


找来了爱人家的花生圆食谱,
就来换汤不换药的把番薯换成南瓜,
口感还真的很不赖哦!


做法: 
1)将南瓜泥和糯米粉搅拌一起。 
2)再慢慢加入清水搓成光滑的面团。 
3)把面团搓成20g的圆粒,再包入花生馅料。
4)放入已沸滚的水里煮至浮起即可。 
5)捞起后再裹上沾料即可享用。

小小记忆:
这个份量可做约8粒花生圆。

    These 南瓜花生圆 remind me of the muah chee that I used to eat but yours being nicely shaped with pumpkin is way way prettier than muah chee :p
