巧可力杏仁饼干




好多天都不在...部落也宁静了好几天.

公司的全国联盟集会在一片细细绵雨下完美落幕. 而我,拖着一副几乎脱轨的身躯也娓娓归来.

虽然为了这次的参赛耗费了许多资源与精力,但在台上代表PKP演出的那一刻,感觉是骄傲与自豪的.
虽然没有在团赛中获得任何奖项,但队员在演出中的认真参与及互相支持,感觉是温暖与感动的.

这次浩浩荡荡的阵容,也让行程变得热闹与欢乐.
不间断的话题, 彼起彼落的笑声充斥在每一次的集会里.

这次转转折折的旅途,也让心情变得开怀与兴奋.
不常见的同事得以聚首,在熟悉的脸孔,感受真诚的关怀.

做了这道让我感觉好高贵的巧可力杏仁饼干,好喜欢!
食谱取于人生加油站,谢谢annann的分享,好好吃!



材料:
(A)
250g 牛油
1粒 全蛋
1粒 蛋黄
120g 糖粉

(B)
250g 普通面粉
250g 杏仁粉(小火炒约15分钟)

(C)
200g 杏仁粒(烤香)

(D)
500g 烘焙巧克力(隔水煮溶)
100个 小纸杯
适量 杏仁碎粒(烤香)

做法:
1) 把牛油和糖粉用打蛋机拌打均匀,加入全蛋及蛋黄搅拌.
2) 加入材料B, 用橡皮刮刀搅拌至成软面团.
3) 取出约6g的面团,包入一个杏仁粒,捏成椭圆形,排放在烤盘上.
4) 放入预热烤箱, 以165度烤12分钟或至金黄色即可.
5) 待饼干冷却后, 用筷子夹着饼干,裹上巧克力酱,摆放入小纸杯里再潵上一些杏仁碎粒做装饰.

小小记忆:
饼干无需收进冰箱让巧可力酱凝固.
