点心。烧卖


我纵然浮浮沉沉的想不闻天下事;
然,爱人家的‘点心楼’在今天隆重启业。

我,我。。。还是梦醒吧!
虽然准备不周,虽然言语不多,虽然‘贺礼’不齐。

但,对爱人的心意不减,对爱人的情意不灭,更对爱人的爱意不离;
祝福爱人的点心楼,名利双收!


材料:
150g 鸡腿肉
100g 虾肉
4个 马蹄
30片 云吞皮
适量 萝卜粒

调味料: 盐,胡椒粉,姜汁,鸡精粉,麻油,酱油,薯粉。

做法:
1)将鸡肉及虾肉剁碎,再加入马蹄碎及调味料,顺时钟方向搅打至起胶。
2)放入冰箱冷藏约30分钟或更久。 
3)取部分馅料,包入云吞皮,并撒上萝卜粒,再放入已滚的热水中以大火蒸10分钟,并趁热享用。
