Little Thumbs UP Oct : PUMPKIN (小拇指说好：南瓜蜜月)

 

南瓜，虽然让人疙瘩它肿瘤般的外观；
然，却有让人迷恋的果肉香气。

像爱情一样，或许让人畏惧它椎心般的折腾；
然，却有让人着迷的真心相依。

其实啊！还真的挣扎了好久，
总认为举办这样的‘招募活动’让我力不从心。

尤其天资没有很聪颖，尤其朋友没有很海阔；
总认为那是遥远不可及的使命。

然，因为你们的盛意，因为你们的认真；
我毅然接受任务，豁出去了！

这个月份，就让我们一起来和南瓜谈谈恋爱度蜜月吧！

南瓜的营养价值与功效都是不容忽视的。
据《滇南木草》载：南瓜性温，味甘无毒；
能润肺益气，化痰排浓，治咳止喘，并具有抗癌美容作用。

想要参加这项活动，你只须以“南瓜”来烹调任何料理。
食谱可以自创，可以是烹饪书籍，杂志或网站。

以下有几点须注意：
1）您提交的内容必须是2014年10月份的帖子，此活动将不接受旧帖子。

Thanks Zoe and Doreen for giving me this opportunity to host this month Little Thumbs UP event (PUMPKIN) .  Pumpkins aren't just an Halloween decoration but full of nutritions and vitamins.

To join us, simply bake or cook any recipes using PUMPKIN as your ingredient. Recipes that you used can be your own creation,  cookbooks, magazines or websites.
